Description
Learn money choreography that represents a Canadian quarter (25 cents).
Materials
- A moderate amount of space.
Activity Notes
- Using movements that embody imagery found on the Canadian quarter, students will learn a simple dance to represent the coin. If you find a section difficult pause and/or rewind to practice it many times.
Artist Notes
- Students are invited to create dances that represent other Canadian coins (nickel/beaver, a dime/Bluenose ship, a loonie/loon and a toonie/polar bear). Be sure to include the Queen dance for the flip side of your coins.
